Blady Lekker Beer Bird

Drink some of yr favourite beer... But leave can two thirds full. Place a whole spiced chicken over the can of beer. Cook for an hour and a half in a weber... And serve the most succulent and delicious beer bird eva!

On way to friends house to watch navy concert i stopped at a robot in Franshoek. The sun was perfecty poised behind the tree, and the ppl sitting outside the cafe, made for such a picturesque view. Tried capturing the effect...
