Zamar Concert Braai

I organised a braai for the complex i'm living in... Our resident band, Zamar, graciously agreed to play a few pieces for us while the braai's get started! The weather played along beautifully and the air was filled with beautiful chords and harmonies that only Zamar can conjure up. Zamar started up a few years ago in Stellenbosch. 5 enthusiatic youngsters, with a passion for music, came together and formed the group. Their music is fresh and entertaining and leaves u feeling excited about life and it's possibilities... Check out their clips on www.youtube.com or visit their site at www.zamar.co.za

Visited friend from pretoria who has now settled in the picturesque town of Franschhoek! A beautiful quiet little town with stunning views and friendly ppl and great vineyards. Friend opened a photography studio there, and man! U should see the quality of his photo's that he is able to capture... Images that will not be easily forgotten! It's just off the main road and right next to 'The yard' where after yr shoot u can drink some delicious coffee, eat fluffy pancakes... and enjoy the vibe that is Franschhoek.

Butterfly world

Wanna take yr girlfriend/lover/wife/family somewhere different... Try butterfly world! Took my parents there last week and what a pleasant atmosphere and unique experience. There's a place to cool down and have Yummy lunch. Cool down? I here u ask... Well... In order for there to be butterfly activity... They need to be in an atmosphere of more then 60% humidity and a temperature of greater then 26 degrees C! So yeah rather warm and humid inside building. But def's worth it!
